Today we counted 17 blooms out of 31. Monday there were only 6 blooming. The ones we planted on the side and upside down are not looking very good. We noticed two plants has two flowers. We noticed the one planted 10 inches deep has a shriveled look along the petals. The one that was planted 3 inches deep has some frost bite. Many blooms look beautiful and we never realized how colorful the inside of the bloom looks. We measured the length last week and this week. They doubled in size in just 7 days. All of our classrooms are making visits to the Wyland Nature Squad tulip bed!
