I awoke this morning to the calls of Red-winged Blackbirds which was a welcomed change from the usual calls of Starlings. The blackbirds have certainly arrived here in Stratford but not sure when they first arrived due to work. A quick tally this morning is below.

24+ Brown-headed Cowbird (Had 2 females all winter but obviously theycalled in some friends.)
12+ Common Grackle (Also had 2 over-winter)
6+ Red-winged Blackbird
