Bald eagle flew over Lake Matoaka and flew low over the Lake Matoaka art studio at The College of William and Mary. I was sitting inside looking out when saw its large wingspan, thought it was a vulture at first, but when it flew closer and over it had the telltale white head and it had a fuller neck than vultures I've seen. This bald eagle looked fuller than the captive bald eagles I've seen otherwise at Busch Gardens, Williamsburg.
