Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 04/07/2011

Number: 1

I saw the first Monarch of the season just after noon today. It was a female with moderately faded wings. She was flying close to the ground from west to east. Skies were mostly sunny with sw winds around 10mph and temps in the low 70's. It was really nice to see a faded Monarch.
