I went outside today and saw a Robin sitting in the drive. I have been hearing a robin sing for several days, but hadn't seen him yet. I will be putting out short pieces of string and yarn for the female to help make a nest with. I have done that often in the spring and the string and/or yarn always disappears. Last year we had one robin all summer that liked to get into the garden and peck at the strawberries, then fly away. It always seemed to be the same one. And would always sing when we sent outside and to the garden.
