On Monday (April 11th) the snow finally melted away revealing the tops of the tulip beds and, low and behold, the tulips had already started emerging. They must have popped out of the ground before the snow was entirely gone. The tulips are as anxious for spring as the students. We've had some moderate temperatures and quite a bit of rain these last few days and the tulips are growing an inch or more every day. YEAH SPRING!!!
