My husband and I were standing on the porch of the house we are buying and we saw a huge bird fly overhead. It circled around, and as it came back, we realized it was a bald eagle. It was flying low enough to be very obvious what kind of bird it was. Our house abuts the Mill Pond Conservation Area in Walpole, NH, and the eagle flew off in the direction of the pond.
