My first observation of 3 monarchs laying eggs on my milkweed patch are of course identical to my first sighting of the monarch. Partly cloudy , windy 5-20 mph. from west, temp 64, first sunny day in 2 days. One monarch faded in color greatly the other two were somewhat faded.
