For the past two days, we have had up to twenty loons swimming out in front of our place on Barrett Lake, Mn. It is a beautiful sight to watch. They seem to be males. We have never seen more than 2-3 together before and are wondering what is the attraction that keeps them here. It is truly awesome, and hope they stay.
