Today our third grade added a special section to our butterfly garden specifically for monarchs. We planted 12 milkweed plants and other plants for nectar for the butterflies. We are going to paint a sign saying "Monarch Sanctuary" for that area. We have some milkweed, butterfly weed, and butterfly bushes in other parts of the walking garden. We will add pictures and send those at the end of the day!
