Today our three tulips bloomed. It has been very cold here and even hailed yesterday. This afternoon it warmed up to 51 degrees F. We wondered why many of our tulips did not emerge and will wait to see if any more emerge from the soil. Some of the bulbs were soft when we planted them. Tomorrow we will take out a magnaifying glass to see what different parts we notice on the tulips and we will draw a diagram.
