The first couple of tulips opened today in our border of about 30... dandilions in yard bloomed also. Noticed blooms all around in cheeries, apples, pears, magnolias and older yellow forsythia blooms starting to turn into leaves. The grass yard turned much darker green from a lime green shade in the past few days, naturally. Lots of April showers this year. Quickly ran lawn mower on the 18th to hit the doggie high spots, the taller weeds with little white flowers, the taller grass on the south side of lot and to mulch up some leaves and grass reeds blown in over winter.
