April 18
Our class went out to view the gardens after a week off for spring break. The tulips had bloomed! We were all excited. Now, we are not sure if they started blooming over spring break as so many of the flowers were in full bloom and many had petals that were starting to curl. We wrote down the official date at the 18th.

April 26
The last leaves fell off our tulips, today.We walked out to our garden to see how the tulips were doing and only one lone tulip remained with 4 petals hanging on for dear life. The children predicted that they would be off at the end of the day. They were correct.
