We are entering this on 4/21/11 We have tulip buds in our garden. The outside of the tulip buds are pink, red and white. We have been measuring our leaf lengths. They are growing. Our longest leaf is 26 cm right now.

We also have a micro-climate site and the leaves are increasing in length. These leaves are longer and our longest in this area is 33 cm. This site is a courtyard inside of the building or surrounded by walls. We have 3 tulips blooming out there now with the first bloom on 4/12/11.
