Tulips BLOOMED

Date: 04/25/2011

Number: 1

We just returned from our spring break. Our tulips look really pretty. Many of them are blooming. Some are not. They are as red as red slippers. The green stems and leaves are as green as grass. One class does not have many blooming tulips. I wonder if they did not plant them early enough. I wonder if deer ate the tops. I wonder if they did not get enough sunlight and rain. The soil temperature today was 53 degrees Fahrenheit. The air temnperature was 82 degrees fahrenheit. We found out that the soil temperature was always lower. The time is 2:15 P.M.
