Bald Eagle

Date: 04/26/2011

Number: 1

We have a 32 acre farm that is for wildlife habitat and a working sugarbush. Tues. my husband saw the full grown eagle in the tallest tree at the east end of the field along the hedgerow. It is going to our woods for the night. Have the camera set and was able to get a couple of bad pics. Saw it clear with field glasses. We have a great population of animals here and this is a first! Just want to watch our dogs and cats. It seems to be looking for rabbits or ducks which are on our ponds. Just don't want any crazy yahoo shooting it. Will post pics if I get good ones. Harriers are out front tonight hunting and screaming. Love to see them too.
