I've been watching my tulips every morning to see if the deer have eaten any more of them. I guess the chili powder and red pepper flakes have done some good because no more have been eaten. More than half of my tulips bloomed all in one day. There are still a few that are still in the blossom stage - maybe tomorrow. They are beautiful.
