Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 04/28/2011

Number: 1

The last of the monarchs in the yard emerged from their crystalist this week. Have seen a couple of Monarchs here at the house, but none laying eggs. I have a feeling they are ones from last batch of 13 caterpillars I had on the milkweed (and the ones that I did not know where they went to make crystalist . . . I knew where seven went). Good news . . . they took over a month to emerge and the milkweed has recovered nicely so I am ready for egg laying season.
