The tulips are about 3-6 inches high and they are trying to bloom. We first saw red showing on the buds on Tuesday, but they are still not fully opened on April 28th. We have had cold weather off and on for the last few weeks. We have had quite a bit of rain and even some snow. Our low temperatures have been in the 30's.
