On April 27, 2011 I heard my Baltimore Oriole singing and then saw him on the hook where I usually hang the feeder looking for his food. I hurried to make his nectar and grape jelly. It wasn't long when I saw him eating. Then on April 30th I put out 3 hummingbird feeders. May 1st, 5 days later we had 8 males swarming the feeders for at least a half an hour! What a treat!!! I suspect they were passing through and stopped for a drink. Perhaps more will stay.
