All Other Signs of Spring

What a beneficial day I had sitting on my patio watching 70 plus Goldfinches eating off my six hanging feeders along with feeding from four sunflower ground feeders. Spotted first male Grosbeak at sunflower feeder along with the first White Crowned Sparrow. I also spotted my first Gray Cat Bird on my patio hopping over to my freshly upcoming grass seed bugging. That all took place on Saturday afternoon. Around noon today I spotted the first Indigo Bunting in my purple budded out Red Bud tree. This past Friday night with my outdoor security light on I had a least 80 plus June Bugs flying all around the light landing on their backs when they hit the ground. Waiting for my regular feeder robbers coming every evening RACCOONS I know they would have a hayday with all the June bugs on the ground, sure enough one came and he couldn't scoop them up fast enough and he had a high protein meal for that night.
