Monarch (OTHER Observations)

Date: 04/06/2011

Number: 1

4pm, 78 degrees F, sunny, windy -- lots of monarch activity, seemingly back to normal after the hailstorm yesterday. Saw a monarch nectaring from a showy primrose (a very common native wildflower) which they usually don't bother with. Also, saw males nectaring on the yellow thistles (always a favorite and almost fought over).
