"As of this morning we are happy to report that all the ice is off of Devils Lake. The high winds we have had the past 24 hours took care of most of it.
We have had a bit of a strange spring around here...actually we have not had much spring at all. Just when we thought winter was over she would give us another 2, 4 to 6 inches of snow again. "
