Our first Baltimore Oriole arrived on May 8, 2011 at around 2pm central standard time. We only had a hummingbird feeder out and he was trying to drink from that. We placed an orange out and he ate at that for a while. He returned on the 9th again and ate some of the orange again and tried drinking from the hummingbird feeder not seeing the oriole feeder we had also placed out there for him. We are awaiting his return.
