After a long cold winter with record snowfall, the ground has finally warmed up and Tulips are up and in Bloom. Temperatures are still cold with highs in the low 50's and lows around freezing. Heavy rains are falling and there is another Winter storm Warning for the mountains around Central Montana. Sream are at near record flood levels and many lowlands are underwater.
