Ice just breaking up...the floes accumulate at our end of the lake, and about half the lake was clear. Five days later almost all the ice was gone. This is very late for us. The normal date for the ice-out is May 1. Last year the ice was gone by the middle of April, because of an early, warm spring. This year it's been a cool, slow spring.
