Eagle has been spotted several times by several people over the past 3 months. It fly's around Wolf Creek near a sparsly populated area. Was spotted on this day swooping down to pick a live snake off Rt.61, when it flew back up a car nearly hit it, causing it to drop the snake. All spottings have been within a one-mile area of Wolf Creek / Rt.61. I didn't know if I needed to report this to anyone else, please advise.
