Not quite adult Bald Eagle Ascending over levee of Barker Reservoir/ George Bush Park along FM 1093 near intersection of Vineyard Dr. Had white head and tail feathers but did not look quite completely grown in yet. So, am assuming it is a juvenile/almost adult.
