All Other Signs of Spring

I would like to report the following bird observations that I made this a.m. in my backyard in Palm Bay, FL: bonded pair of Northern Cardinals, bonded pair of Blue Jays, bonded pair of Eurasian Collared Doves, bonded pair of Mourning Doves, bonded pair of Tufted Titmouses, and one lone Hermit Thrush.

The Hermit Thrush could have been a juvenile male, however, I think it is more likely that it was a female. I left the leaves on the ground this year, and they do enjoy turning them over to look for insects. She also really like some left-over millet seeds that I threw out there. She sounded lovely. I have not seen one in my yard for a few years now; it's nice to see them back! Also, this is the first year that I have had Tufted Titmouse birds in my yard and they are the cutest pair ever! They are aslo curious about whatever I am doing in my yard and tilt their heads in theire adorable way to watch me.
