Even though it had just poured rain, I had a strong feeling that I should go outside and sit on my patio. That hunch paid off when a beautiful little female hummingbird showed up only moments later, to sip nectar at my pink verbena hanging planter (which I had put up expressly for her and her kin). YAY!
