Eight of our tulips have blossomed. They are 23-67 cm tall. Most of our tulips had 6 red petals, but one had 7 and another had 9 petals. The plants had about 3-6 leaves. We saw and touched the pollen. We also noticed that there was black and yellow in the center of the blossoms. We wonder if any animals will break through our fence and try to eat our tulips. We wonder how much longer the blossoms will last. We wonder why some of the petals turned out, while others turned in.
