All Other Signs of Spring

Walking along the creek in our backyard water about 6 inches deep spotted a baby turtle the size of a silver dollar on shore then he squirred into the water when he spotted me. Last season my husband retilled a spot in the garden and found a turtle nest of eggs buired in the garden soil. That was a first for us to spot turtle eggs especially in our garden. The creek is about 25 feet from our garden. Need to study up on turtles to see if it was a snapping turtle or some other.
