Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Did not see it myself but monarch knowlegeable naturalist at local nature center saw first monarch on June 3rd, a female laying eggs in the milkweed patch we are developing near the building and butterfly garden.



I personally have not seen a monarch yet, but there are an erxtraordinary number of yellow tiger swallowtails the last few days. Also have seen several yellow sulphers and mourning cloaks and tiny checkerspots the last few days.
