Approx. 3 pm, upper 60's/low 70's, slight breeze, sunny
Saw the first butterfly of the season...!!! It made a direct beeline to the blazing star liatris plant as if it instinctively knew this was the spot to come back to once it blooms. Currently the plant is only about 14 inches tall and no blossoms. Planted another 4 on the boulevard so hoping the urban butterfly restaurant and waystation is busy this year!
