I am wondering if anyone else has experienced absolutely no monarchs this year. For the last three years, I have had lots of monarchs and collected and hatched them. Always increasing my flowers and milkweed, but I have not seen one this year so far. I had a very late batch last year which were frozen and not hatched. I have read of sights in Tampa area. Any idea as to why I might not be seeing any? Even the sulfur butterflies are scarce and I only saw one zebra this spring.
