A Manitoba Report would be appropriate now.
Monarchs arrived in the Province in early June, which is average.
Numbers are low and eggs seem to be sparse.
Milkweed is good there has always been a surplus in my experience -
and will not be the limiting factor.
There will only be 2 generations, I expect, but the second one could well
produce larger numbers to swell this falls migration.
