Our first generation of Monarchs emerged today-a female....from an egg 4/28 to a chrysalis on 6/10....should be 4 more tomorrow and 1 the day after...a few cat....need to really look for some eggs and cats before they get very big....May hold her over today and see if there are any males tomorrow...I would like to see if I can get some eggs since I have programs to do...The more you share, the more excited people will be about caterpillars and milkweed. Funny how you have to remind people that some caterpillars turn into butterflies...and you don't spray!!!
