We have numerous butterfly bushes and several varieties of milkweed plants on our property. In the past several we have raised and released approx. 60 monarch butterflies. We usually make our first siting in early July. This morning at 11:00 am I sited the first Monarch to come to our habitat. Did not get close to recognize it's gender. JOY!!
