Altho I have released 3 monarchs and have 4 chrysalids, 7 cats and 8 eggs, I just saw my first monarch yesterday--July 14,2011. The flyer was a male feeding on the milkweed in my yard but I was just pleased actually to SEE one!!
( There was also a hatch this am and another one ready to appear likely today also)
