This has Been a slow spring and summer compared to other years. I am currently on my 3rd "batch" of egg/cat/pupa/butterfly. Just in the past week I have been bombarded with many many egg laying females. I have seen no OE so far this season, however I did isolate 2 little caterpillars that look suspect and hope I am wrong. I have speed my joy of raising butterflies to several people where I work this year, and there are many more gardens with milkweed.
