Monarch Larva (FIRST sighted)

Date: 07/15/2011

Number: 1

On Friday evening I spotted 2 small Monarch larva. They hide close to the stems in the buds of the plants and are hard to find. We had been gone for a week, and with daily adult Monarch butterflies flitting about the last part of June and early July, I was hoping to see some results. But no larva was spotted until now. I Still have monarchs hovering about circling my plants.
