Last year at this time I had lots of sightings and lots of eggs and caterpillar sightings. This year I have only seen 2 monarchs and no eggs or caterpillars. I have even been to western Ohio several times this month in their traditional flyway and did not see a single monarch. Several years ago we also had very few sightings here.
