7/21/11. This is to report that I have not seen one single Monarch butterfly this season. Last year, I reported my first sighting on July 3. In mid-June, I saw a good number of Tiger swallowtails. However, they disappeared after a couple of weeks. I am seeing a medium sized orange frittelary and lots of moths. I am wondering if the weather patterns this year have had any effect on migrations.
