This eagle was perched in a tree directly outside of my kitchen window. He stayed on the branch for almost two hours, before flying off towards the mountains. The tree is within perfect view of our stocked farm pond. I'm not sure if the eagle has been feeding on the fish, but we have recently found several dead fish that appear to have been injured by talons.
