Ruby-throated hummingbird was spotted visiting some magenta colored flowers on our property. We are seeing them every other week but are adding more food sources (flowers) to our new property. We have seen a female ruby-throated visiting our new disk feeder on our second level deck above my key lime tree too (but not the disk feeder in the front yard under the maple tree). She doesn't seem to mind my presence about 10 feet away sitting.
