Returned from vacation last week to find 20 plus monarch caterpillars on milkweed. Have seen several adult monarchs laying more eggs. Have witnessed 4 emerge from their chrysalis'. Have located two more chrysalis in back yard. Also more caterpillars. We placed 16 caterpillars in a butterfly house with milkweed. All have formed into their chrysalis within the last two days. We will release as soon as they are ready to take flight.
