Observed single Monarch flying approx. 2' above ground at 3400 block of Central St. at 3:00pm. Partly cloudy, 81 degrees F, humidity 63%, wind SE @ 13mph with gusts to 21.

It was a bit of a relief to see this lone Monarch after not observing a single one during the spring migration.
