This is the first sighting of Hummingbirds at my site. Ruby throats are starting their southward journey. The Hummers do not stop in during the Northward migration in the spring however we have always had them arrive about this time, sometimes a bit earlier (last week in July). We see them at this time to approximately the last of the first week in September but we have seen them as late as the last week in September in previous years.
Cheers! Great to see them again.
