The mad frenzy of the past two weeks has slowed down from 13+ ruby throats to 6-8 adults and juveniles regularly contesting the feeders. Still had two adult males at the feeders this morning. Assorted others were zipping around for feeding spots at one of our seven feeders. Can hardly wait to watch the evening rush tonight. Unfortunately, thunderstorms expected this evening and a hurricane this weekend. Trust the hummers to know what to do.
