Netted and tagged one about 5 pm in my garden - sunny, warm, & windy - before the bad thunderstorm. Also since 8/21 I have tagged & released 3 other wild and 3 reared. There are much fewer monarchs this year than usual, but I have seen up to 4 tiger swallowtails at a time and usually at least one a day.
